9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Any user who wishes to voluntarily close their account may submit a request through 24/7 live chat. There will be an opportunity to withdraw any withdrawable balance before the account is closed.

9.2 Consequences of Account Termination

• The balance of an account terminated due to a violation may be forfeited.
• Opening a new account in the name of a terminated person is prohibited.
